PaySense — penalty and late payment fee charged after making payment on time (auto debited)

I have taken a loan for 1.56lakhs. The emi gets deducted on 5th of every month. The most recent payment was made on 5th june 2020. The emi was deducted on time but i am being charged late fees. I have requested assistance multiple times but i have not got any callback. I made a payment of 6632 today actual emi is 6395 and again 247 rupees is added to late fees. Amount deducted from my bank but not showing in paysense app, this is repeated every month, and my bank nach form also successful auto debit option, this is unethical and unprofessional. I want a refund and the extra charges removed. And solve this problem asap and don't repeat in future too

Hi

EMI With Penalty 6395 + 247 total 6632 Auto Debited my account but amount Not Showing In PaySense App,
Please Reimburse My Extra Penalty Amount and Already added next August month EMI also added this penalty charge, Don't Repeat this Unnecessary Penalty issue in Future Solve this Problem ASAP.

I am giving a complaint Every month This Penalty Charge Issue and not refunding till date and You told It never Happened Next time every time, and

already Unnecessary Extra Penalty charge deducted on July 2020 month EMI Rs.6632(EMI 6395 and Penalty 237), and Same not updated in PaySense App, and Same Penalty Amount Added August Month EMI, when you do Refund my Amount and Solve this issue,  

Note: I will Stop My Monthly EMI DUES Until this problem Resolve and You People Confirm by Phone
