PaySense — personal loan approved but not disbursed

I had applied for a personal loan and submitted all documents on january 25th 2020. The loan application status is showing approved in app as got a message stating application sent to bank for disbursal and it will be credited to my account in 48 hours. Its more than 8 days but till now there is no response for the queries i raised through the app. I had raised an email query and also selected a call back but did not get any response for that too.
