PaySense — regarding nach form update | |||
Sir, One loan has been taken loan from payscense. I submitted my nach form however i received message from my bank that nach form is not clear i have asked to payscense to send their executives to take new nach form but no one is responding my emi will be bounced and cibil score will also be effected. I shall be treated as defaulter without my default. Please intervene into this matter Was this information helpful? | |||

I do see that regular follow up was taken on your case and the support team has also contacted you and explained you the complete details how the Payment needs to be made etc. Please note that NACH rejection does not impact the customers CIBIL in negative manner. Even if the NACH is rejected then timley payments can still be made through the link made available in the app a couple of days before your EMI date.
