PaySense — related to activation of moratorium without my consent

Dear Team,

I have requested for the activation of payment link through which i can pay the dues i.e 8196 for this month and you guys have activate moratorium.Would request you to please look into this.Else I will file a complaint in consumer court.This is height of stupidy and uneducated staff members, they dont even read mails.I will not pay a single penny if any interest will be charge.Please tell me how can i make the payment.Mobile No [protected]

Today I received a call at 11.18 am from Paysense I have already informed to her that I have not requested for moratorium also informed to her that I will not pay a single penny as it was a problem from your side that you have activated moratorium again my loan without my consent.I dont have any problem in making payment today.Please find the screenshot as it is showing 1 EMI due but now allowing me to pay the dues.Attaching screenshot

Its been more than 10 days now, I have nor received any call from paysence neither i have received any sms/email.Again i would like to inform you that if any interest will be charged i will not pay a single penny as you guys have activated moratorium without my consent.So i am not at all liable to pay anything other than my emi due amount.Please look into this on priority.
