Paytm — [protected] Return request | |||
I recently bought a micromax tv through paytm. After delivery, when micromax service guy came for installation, he found the tv is technical faulty. As per their return policy, in-case of faulty/non-working product, paytm has to arrange the return and refund money to the customer. I/my wife has been working with their customer care executives for last 5 days and every time, on phone they seem to be very nice. However, after some time they direct us to micromax service. I don't understand, why paytm promises return if it cannot arrange. I am completely tired off following with them. I sent everything they wanted from me, still there is no solution. Paytm complain:[protected] micromax installation req-mh[protected] Paytm return policy on TV : Seller will either accept returns or replace the product within a 7 days from date of delivery of the item only in the case of damaged, defective or wrong products received. Orders once placed, cannot be cancelled. Please contact our customer care for assistance on returns and replacements. i need this issue to be resolved ASAP. If somebody can help me here, please help.
