Paytm — Amount dedicated wallet balance is 00

Dear Sir/Madam, My self chetan thalabavadi in my paytm wallet i had 467 rs balance and i transferred money from icici a/c to paytm account rs 200 total is 667 and now suddenly my paytm balance is 00.00 and Transaction ID:[protected], how it's possible and I want my money back please help me with this problem...I have all the required proff waiting for your valuable feedback and action.
