Paytm — Amount deducted but bill not paid then also it shows successful order on paytm | |||||
I have paid pospaid bill Rs. 3500/- of vodafone number [protected] on 27th Nov.2015. Amount deducted from my account and in paytm it shows order is successful. But I didn't get updated in vodafone account that I paid 3500 Rs. Vodafone people saying it's not get updated yet even it is completed 4 days of the transaction. Fault is in paytm system that it shows this is bsnl number and it sold by bsnl. Howz it possible? I moved few month back from bsnl to vodafone through portability. I have sent mail to paytm care centre but they are not calling me or they are not giving me any reply. I tried to call on toll free number that is also not responding. Please do the needful I want my money back or get to credit in vodafone bill payment. Was this information helpful? | |||||
