[Resolved]  Paytm — amount deducted but no recharge done

i paid my MTNl Delhi bill through PAYTM .The amount of Rs 1058 was deducted twice but MTNL bill is still pending.i dont know why not any quick action is been taken regarding this.there is no contact no where we can talk to exexcutive .This is not a small amount but still authority is irresponsible and careless.
