Paytm — amount deducted but train ticket not booked

I tried to book the tatkal ticket on 20/01/2018. After filling the passenger details I choose Paytm as a payment option. After transferred amount through Paytm successfully my money 520 is debited from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. when I checked my booked transactions it shows failed reason is from bank side. I didn't get any refund as of now and not even reply to my messages. I sent mail to IRCTC customer care but no reply from their end.

check the below screenshot as the reference which stated that failed reason of ticket is due to bank not responding
