Paytm — Amount deducted from account but benefits not provided

Today i recharged my mobile no [protected] from paytm and ref no is[protected]igoccznrz2 my bank balance get deducted by rs180 but i have not received benefit of that. Not my money get refunded. Please either give my money back or process that transaction. I urgently need mobile balance. Resolve my complaint as soon as possible
