Paytm — Amount deducted without completing the transaction

Hi Sir/Madam, I had tried to make a purchase in PayTM (ORDER NO.[protected] on 15th July 2015 at 5:33 pm IST. This order was unsuccessful. But, the amount of Rs 650/- got deducted from my PayTM wallet. When I checked with the PayTM customer care they have repeatedly asked me to check with the bank for the refund status. But actually, PayTM should tell me the reason for not getting the amount credited back to my wallet. Finally they have asked me to provide the bank statement to check the transaction details give me the details and so I have shared the same to the PayTM team. Even after many follow up emails, I haven't received any update from PayTM. Could you please help me on this ? Thanks Vivek +91- [protected]
