Paytm — Auto canceling of pick up for defective poduct

I ordered a product (Keyboard + Mouse) from PayTM which was found to be defective. A key of the keyboard was responding in an unusual way. So I requested for refund/replacement. They arranged a pickup, but the pickup boy refused to visit and take the product. And now PayTM has canceled the pickup stating that I have canceled the pickup. Also share a few photographs of the product and packaging, highlighting the issue with the product. Request you to please send some pictures of the product as well as packaging (inner/outer). We would also like to know: 1. If the packaging appeared to be tampered with when you received the product. 2. Was the packaging sealed or open?
