[Resolved] Paytm — Bill payment transaction success but did not reach to Airtel. | |||
Hello, I made a payment of 1253rs (400 x 3 times + 53rs) on 27th AUG. Out of these four bill payment transactions, one payment of 400rs has not reached Airtel. Please escalate this and solve the issue as soon as possible. Please be informed that online payments are usually credited in 2 working days. However, as checked in our records, we are in receipt of Rs. 400/-, Rs. 400/- and Rs. 53/- made on[protected]. Further, I noted that the transaction has been carried out through a third party web site. I checked the details of the payment made and found that the amount of Rs 400/- made on[protected] through paytm is not credited to your account as on date. As the transaction was carried out through a third party web site, I am unable to verify the details. I therefore, request you to check with the support team of web site where the payment was made. Please refund the amount of 400rs to my wallet so that I can perform the transaction again. I am an active user of paytm wallet.
