Paytm — Bus ticket booking issue

Hi Sir, I have booked a bus ticket to my brother from Mumbai to hyderabad through PAYTM website. I was cheated by paytm provided bus operator(Sree Dhanunjaya Travels PH NO :[protected], 24041046,[protected], he has waited around 3 hours for this bus I didn't get any call and whatever the phone numbers they given are wrong(PH NO :[protected], 24041046,[protected].Please take the necessary action against this bus operator. Why the paytm accepting these fraud operators, why paytm is making people so much suffer, due to this my brother whole week schedule got disturbed. I have called paytm customer service but there is no option for me to got customer care executive due to this my total whole week schedule got disturbed.
