Paytm — Bus was cancelled - No response for refund

Order #[protected]. Booked bus ticket from Chennai to Munnar in SRS Travel for the journey date 5th May 2015. But on the journey date, I received the SMS stating "Dear Passenger, Due to Vehicle Breakdown today your journey ticket is cancelled. For refund, kindly contact www.srsbooking.com". When I called SRS travels, the executive communicates the same and said, Paytm will refund your amount. I send several mails to Paytm, but did not receive any reminder from them.
