Paytm — Cashback amount not received and No response from Company | |||
Please see below complaint raised on 2st April. I have not received any update from the company for the email sent. Rashmi Patil2, Apr 21, 13:51: Hi PaytmTeam, I have placed an order via “Purplle.com” on 15th April 2015 using my Paytm Wallet. The order details are as below. As per the Purplle Website offer I was supposed to get 20% cashback amount into my paytm wallet for this order. I haven’t received the amount until now and when I raised the issue with Purplle.com team they informed that I need to contact Paytm Team to get the amount if in case I don’t get the amount within 48hrs of placing the order. Hope you will be able to help me with this issue. Paytm Number used for placing order: [protected] Order Number: [protected] Order Date: 15th April Order Amount: Rs. 596/- Cashback amount expected: Rs. 118/- Kindly do the needful. No update on the complaint yet. Have written multiple emails to Paytm Customer care but no response from them. It seems that Paytm is cheating the customers with false claims.
