Paytm — Cashback amount not received and No response from Company

Please see below complaint raised on 2st April. I have not received any update from the company for the email sent. Rashmi Patil2, Apr 21, 13:51: Hi PaytmTeam, I have placed an order via “Purplle.com” on 15th April 2015 using my Paytm Wallet. The order details are as below. As per the Purplle Website offer I was supposed to get 20% cashback amount into my paytm wallet for this order. I haven’t received the amount until now and when I raised the issue with Purplle.com team they informed that I need to contact Paytm Team to get the amount if in case I don’t get the amount within 48hrs of placing the order. Hope you will be able to help me with this issue.
