[Resolved] Paytm — cashback issue and cashback not received | |||
As per offer provided by paytm i have paid 2 times on zomato to order food. I paid 204.5/-on my 1st payment and on my 2nd payment paid 146/-. As per terms and condition of paytm i am eligible for the cashback of 50/-. But when i complaint about it paytm customercare said that i have to apply promocode blr100 but it is actually not that offer which i am availing. They said about another offer but the offer which i am availing there is not such apply of promocode written in their terms and conditions for this cashback offer to avail. I am attaching all the proofs of transactions and terms and condition of paytm. Was this information helpful? | |||

don't make any call they only message to your complain on their site only.So beware of fraudcallers don't give any personal details to them as well as dont upload your personal data on this site as it is shown to all. | |||

Date 5-9-2018, i am not receive 1300 money from paytm.Money got deducted from bank account but not added to paytm wallet.see in photos.
