Paytm — Cashback not received | |||
I had made my Macbook pro purchase on 23-Jul-2015 for Rs. 83675. Order No ([protected]. On other sites like amazon.in they were setting around 78k but i didn't buy that b'cos once i get the cashback of 9999, the price from PayTM will be lower than others. After i got the product i initiated the cashback at that time they said my account needs to be upgraded and i need to proved KYC (Know your client) form along with my address and photo id. So i initiated that and a person from PayTM came and collected my info. This happened a week after i made my purchase, till then my account has not been upgraded and i have been sending emails to them. So far i had sent 10 email and received reply for 6 emails stating, that your issue has been escalated to the concern team and we'll get back to you but so far nothing has been done and my account is still not upgraded and i haven't received my cashback. Now when i try to initiate "upgrade" my account they ask me to add 2000 rs again to their wallet. That is ridiculous. After paying a whooping amount i'm waiting for my cashback or a proper response from PayTM. I tried calling them but either the line is busy or it got disconnected after some IVR msg. I don't know what to do. They might have cheated lot of people like this. I need justice. I had attached the bill info along with the complaint. Once they did the cashback that highlighted msg will disappear from the bill. Kindly do the needful. Thanks in advance... Was this information helpful? | |||
