Today recharged of 99/- mobile no [protected] Order no: #[protected] and despite deducting amount from my bank account and confirming recharge successful recharge was not done only a sms from reliance comes your request couldn't be processed and no refund of amount is done yet by paytm it still show recharge successful despie my emails to their customer care it shows their intention to cheat a customer now neither paytm nor reliance is ready to refund my money I feel i have lost my 99/- will never trust paytm again and my advice to stay away from them to save your money or else will get only trouble hassle and inconvenience instead.
