I order a Adidas Black And Red Sport Shoes from PAYTM & apply Promo coad FOOT40 for 40% cashback First time payment failed & sand time succied, , after deducting 5550 rs not any cash back come & when I mailed to [protected]@paytm.com they are telling me that u didn't apply any promo code i have snap shot i mail them too But they are not refunding amount, , should i complaint in cyber cell .
