Sir/ Madam I had ordered a Juicer mixer grinder vide their order# [protected] dated[protected] for a amount of Rs, 1832/- paid in advance. The same was delivered to me on[protected]. The Item is defective (Motor doesn't work properly, Juicer spills the liquid all around) and same was informed to PAYTM on[protected]. They asked for the photograph and order No. of the product, which has been sent to them many time through many e-mails. Now they are sending un relevant queries like, my complaint is about wrong product receipt and resent the info and photograph of the product. I have also stated to them that a. the packaging was fine at the time of receipt of the product. b. The defect is from the time of receipt of the product itself and is a manufacturing defect. c. The product doesn't have any visible external mark of damage. d. They were requested to take back their product and refund my money. But i am not finding solution through their customer care (Help line) Therefore i request you to treat my complaint as FIR and initiate the proceeding for fraud and deceit to recover my money & damages and relieve me of mental agony I am facing.
