Paytm.com — No refund for returned items!! | |||
I had ordered 5 led bulbs from paytm.com . i returned them the next day. (reason: one broken and others not at all as described). on paytm website/account they show refunded in 'transactions' but, actually no money or balance is refunded to paytm wallet. its not refunded to my bank account either. paytm is not a good website to shop. Amazon.in seems to be the best online retailer I have seen till now. I hope paytm will reply to this complaint and refund my money!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
