Paytm.com / Times Of Money — unsuccessful transaction

I did my transactions through pubg mobile and it was unsuccessful due to server issues, but the amount still got deducted form my bank account and was transferred to times of money limited. I already talked with pubg mobile customer care and they said they can't help if the money is not transferred to them. So since my money is transferred to times of money limited, i want my refund as soon as possible. Thank you

I accidentally posted two same transfer statements. I did two transactions which were unsuccessful and still my money got transferred to TIMES OF MONEY LIMITED. I want my refund as soon as possible so here's the other transfer statement:-
