Paytm — Complaint about wrong recharge and harassment | |||||
I recharged my bsnl no [protected] on 27.06.2017 with plan of 179 rs against plan of (23800 local/ std seconds for 30 days) as shown on paytm site (File enclosed for further reference). But i did not get the 23800 second. Instead of that i have account balance for watching online tv channel & some free data recharge. Bsnl coustomer care executive told me that there is no such plan of 179 for voice calls, the plan is of 181 rs. After that i tie up with paytm care, they said that they will talk to operator party and resolve the issue they told me to provide following details: 1. Your home network city 2. Current network city if you are on roaming 3. Screenshot of success message received from operator’s end I give them all information but they are not resolving the issue, instead of that they asked to me talk to bsnl customer care. Even i talk many times to bsnl customer care but they clearly said that the issue is from paytm and bsnl is not providing such recharge of rs 179 against these benefits. I followup with them from 27.06.2017 but till date problem is not resolve. This is totally harassment of customer.
