Paytm — Complaint against order no[protected] for received of cheap products

Dear Team, I have placed order no[protected] for cover case, otg cable, screen guard. Just i have receive packet towards my order. To open that i am surprised to see the cheap quality of products. It is not like that eve n on cover case SAMSUNG was not printed, It is shocking for me. When i have selected these items it is different and now received total cheap plastic material. it is not acceptable at all. I have also placed one order to paytm for Samsung Galaxy E7. God knows what will be going happened with my mobile. This is first consignment for me through Paytm. And ever body believe 1st impression is last impression.
