Paytm — Customer Service is pathetic. Very bad service at all. | |||||
I have my PayTm account "[protected]@gmail.com", Unfortunately my registered no. with this account was disconnected. I requested to PayTM to change my no. with my account. I gave my all bank statements according to PayTM policy. I just wanted to update my new no. so I could login to my own account. I sent 18 E-mails to PayTM however did not get proper response. After 8 days they replied that it will take some more time. I was surprised that, How a no. update request can take up-to 10 days. Even a murder case can be solved in 10 days but Paytm is not able to change my no. to my own account in this period. I request to VIJAY SHEKHAR SHARMA to hire better customer service agents.
