I have made payment paid through atm davit card metro card - no. [protected] recharge amount rs. 500/= transaction id no. [protected]-rs. 500/=, as on 13.12.2017 at 02.40 pm but transaction shows as waiting for operator confirmation. This amount is cut my bank account but no recharge metro card. Shows. I had charged for top up of rs 100.. It added rs 2 by itself... Paytm charged rs 2 for personal insurance plan... I want refund of rs 2 and cancel that plan cancel my insurance plan... Refund my money
