Paytm — Damage product received and Bad service from Customer Care. | |||||
I brought a Voltas 183 LYE AC. But i received another model also some parts was missing and No GAS in out door unit. When i received the product i immediately called customer care, they told you install it and provide us the bills we will refund you the amount .As per Customer care instruction I installed the AC. The parts which were missing is for Rs. 650/-. & the Outdoor unit Gas filed for 1800/-(Voltas company filled the Gas & Bill attached). U can confirm the expense from Voltas. I hv sent 1800+650=2450/-(Bill attached) after informed customer care and U told to provide bill then u will refund the amount. Other thing U hv given me less valued product, also the two Cooper wire which should be 3.5 meters, U given 3 meters. I am having all prove (Pictures). AS a regular customer I am not asking extra discount or extra money, I just asking for what I have spent fro the defective product. So for that product at least 3500/- should be give as refund.
