[Resolved] Paytm — damaged item delivered | |||
Dear Sir, I had been purchased a mobile through paytm. The Item was delivered on 25 Oct 14 and received by me but the item was found unserviceable condition by me. Mobile was not working properly same time I reported to paytm team regarding this issue, paytm asst Mr. Aman told me that shipped back the item to the merchant however I shipped back the item to the merchant by Indian speed post and send a scan copy of Indian speed post to the [protected]@paytm as they told me, the item received by the marchant on 30 oct 14 after that there no response by paytm team to do further process for revert back the payment in my account and another solution ... order id of product[protected] and ticket no.[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
