Paytm — Data for rs.241 to bsnl no.[protected] was charged, but my bank account was debited and charge was not done.

On 6.6.16, i have recharged to data for my bsnl prepaid mob no.[protected] for rs.241 (Ref. Toecom;11273933_one-97 communicatins liminoida in) however, though my bank account was debited with, no recharge was done. The paytm message shows that it was sucessful. No credit in my wallat also was done. Kindly rectify the error and credit rs.241 in my wallet, if the paytm is incabable to do the recharge.
