Dear sir, i did recharge for rupees 376 towards dish tv vc no [protected] on 4/08/2018 through my idbi debit card .it was not succesful .but till today they have not returned the amount to me.the transaction no was 0871122/[protected] .my account no with idbi [protected] my name is R.VITTALRAM.i have already lodged a complaint with idbi ambala branch as iam right now in ambala. thank you. When I am trying to complete it send OTP but it says wrong OTP .
