Paytm — Delay in delivery of goods | |||
I booked a Bacca Bucci Brown Green Hill High Ankle Boots from Paytm at 21:22:16 on 13th April 2015. The estimated time of delivery promised to me was 19th April 2015 but I have not recieved my boots yet. I wrote at [protected]@paytm.com regarding the same and then i got a reply stating that "There was some issue at merchant end". On that mail also delivery date was not mentioned. Then I again sent 3 mails to know the status of my order but I did not recieve any reply from [protected]@paytm.com. I tried calling them on [protected] but the call never connected to the agent. I was ordered Product through PayTm On 13 of Aug, when I was ordered its shown as delivery date 21 of Aug, I didn't get this product on that day.
After that I sent a mail to paytm customer care they changed that delivvery date to 23rd of Aug. for that date also i didnt get my product. Again i sent mail to paytm again i got a mail its saying that product will be delivery with in 72 hours.
