Paytm — Delay in order delivery | |||||
Hi Team, I have placed a order on 19-oct-2015 for shopping a facial massager with order Id: [protected]. Expected date for delivery was 26-oct-2015, but order still not delivered, i had mailed them about my order status. They said that your order is shipped by India Post and gave me tracking id: EW[protected]IN for tracking my order, but i am unable to track my order. So i have again mailed them, they told that your issue has been resolved now you can track the order. But i am still unable to track the order. and most importantly, they have also not provide cancel link for cancellation of order so i am unable to cancel the order.
