Paytm — Delivered eagle roti maker with broken handle. | |||
I had ordered a Eagle roti maker from Paytm.com but it was delivered with broken handle. The Order no. [protected] placed on 23 july 2015. It was a gift to my uncle from me but paytm ruined all the effort by delivering a defective product with such a poor quality. Product is under warranty. Now i want paytm to replace the product or refund my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have made my electicity bill payment via Paytm before due date, In the order status it was showing as successful. However after 10 days when i observed in Reliance Infra site, it was showing as pending and a penalty was imposed on the bill due.
When Contacted to paytm, they did not responded for 7 days to many of my mails.
When escalated to the higher customer service support, then they acted and made payment to Reliance after 15 days of followup.
When asked about the reason, they did not responded. Still the mail has not been acknowledged, everytime they borrow time to introspect on the issue, when contacted with Reliance, they told that the bill payment is not recieved via Online payment system, they received a cheque. Hence the Total Ignorance of Paytm has caused displeasure in using the Website.
