Paytm — Delivered Used mobile instead of brand new

I had ordered a Microsoft 640 XL. First of all, the delivered package/box was smashed and the seal was broken. Upon opening the mobile just fell out of the box. They delivered a used mobile which had no screen guard, with damaged headset which doesn't even belong to the company. Now upon registering a complaint, they are giving excuses and are not ready to take any action and it seems they require 72 hours notice to do so. Meanwhile they are asking me to run around to Microsoft customer care centre etc to get my mobile fixed. The call centre of Paytm is not helpful, neither do their managers help customers like me upon asking repeatedly several times for assistance. Kindly register this complaint so that everybody is aware of their malpractices.
