Paytm — Delivered wrong item | |||
Hi I am sathish. I ordered 2 usb cable for iPhone 5s. Both got delivered at same time. One they gave me a wrong cable its is for Samsung. Through email I notify them and they first asked for image of item. I send them later they ask for invoice I just download from my app and send them. Later they asked for image of package and the invoice which it came along with package, which I trashed them after I opened it, so I just informed them. And they replied they can't help without invoice. Still it doesn't make any sense to me. What difference between email invoice and paper invoice. Both look as same with same details. At lest they should told me in one message what are the detail they needed. I wouldn't wasted my time by messaging them. They delivered wrong item and wasted my time and money.
