Paytm — Dell inspiron 1545 laptop 19.5v 3.34a 65w original adapter charger with lap gadgets power cord (black)

Sir i had purchased a dell inspiron 1545 laptop adapter from paytm on last year september and that product was in a warranty period of 1 year. after used it for 8 monts now it wont work also which comes under warranty period i had conversed with this matter with paytm customer care from last 1 months they only assured me in words not in work please consider my issue and make a way so i can replace my adapter with a new one.
