Paytm — did not give me cashback on upa transaction

I load money from upa and i did not get cashback regarding it. Which was mentioned. And they are not replying also.. Its 6 to 7 days now. But i am not getting any response. Please help me in this case. This is my 3 complaint on consumer forum, but i still did not get any help. They are making fraud. Please help me in this. My paytm number is [protected]. Please help me.
