Paytm — Did not receive the freebie item (the purchased item has a offer) along with the order | |||||
Hi, I had ordered "Sony Bravia KDL-43W950C Anroid LED TV on 20th October 2015 on PayTM website. When I ordered, the item had a special offer of Sony Blue ray player worth of Rs 6990/- as Freebie. I have received the order on 30th October 2015 and found that the freebie (Sony Blue Ray player) was not delivered as they promised. I have raised the concern with PayTM customer care. I requested them to either send the freebie item as you they promised or refund the money worth of the freebie. They have promised me to resolve the issue with in 2-3 days. However I did not receive any communication from them after 3 days. Again I wrote a mail on 2nd November 2015 and I got reply to wait for 2-3 days again. Again on 5th November 2015, when I asked about the update, they are asking me to wait 2-3 days. After losing faith, I have taken the decision to raise the complaint against Paytm. Please take corrective action on Paytm and make sure that I will get the item as they promised. Was this information helpful? | |||||
