Paytm — DID not received the product And the order status showing delivered

Product I order from paytm :- Endura Force 500 Gm ( i order 4 item of endura force ) ORDER NO.:- [protected] Mar '15 9:40 pm PRICE :- 582 Indian rupees i order total 4 item of endura force but i only got 3 endura force and the message arrives your product was delivered. I didn't received 1 product, I called paytm 5-6 times and also send a mail on paytm customer care but they didn't connect me to the customer care and did't reply my email. after 5 - 6 emails I warn them I will go to consumer form but they still didn't get any reply. so, I request consumer court to get my money back from paytm and take strict action against paytm website.
