Hello, i am swatee shukla, i have ordered a lakme eyeliner and lakme mascara from paytm. Yesterday (24nov2015) i have received my order only lakme mascara was there i didn't received eyeliner. yesterday i made a complaint and got a call from customer service i spoke to the Rahul sharma he was asking for my debit card details to transfer the amount which i have paid to paytm, no professional company will ask for debit card details . i dont know whether i can trust u people r not anymore. pls provide me my product or return my money. order no.
