I am swatee shukla, my order no. is [protected], i have ordered a lakme masacra and eye liner, today when i opened the packet today(24nov2015) i have received only mascara, eye liner was not there. i have tried your customer care no. many times but either its busy or call get disconnect auto. i dont know why you people are behaving so unprofessionally. i have ordered many things from Paytm earlier also but my experience was good . please send my lakme eye liner asap as i have already paid for it. swatee shukla [protected] noida, u.p Was this information helpful? | |||||
