Paytm — DTH recharge in queue but amount got deducted

I had done a DTH recharge for Videocon d2h bt the status was in queue and amount got deducted. The next day still it was in queue and I again recharged for the same dish then it was successful but the previous amount was not refunded. It's status is still in queue. I want my money back
