Paytm — DTH recharge not done after deducting money.....

My Name is Ravi Malik, I have recharged my Dish TV DTH box Worth Rs.400 using paytm mobile app on 10th December 2015. Paytm Deducted money from my card but the recharge has not been done. It is showing as operator down status. I thought may be it will take some time to recharge but even after waiting for 24 hours it has not been done. On the other hand my DTH Provider keeps on asking me to recharge otherwise services will get affected. Yesterday on 11th September 2015 i cancelled my order keeping in mind that paytm will return my money but couldn`t see that in my paytm wallet so i e-mailed them regarding the issue. They provided me a ticket number and that's it i was expecting that they would have return the money after my complaint but no action has been taken till now. So today i called them from my land phone but the phone gets disconnected after the Paytm IVR, I was really wondering why its not connecting then i called them from my cell phone, this time the IVR goes on, provided the choices and everything but at last when i entered my order number it again disconnected. I feel bounded as money stuck with them if i recharge my DTH from somewhere else i am not sure if Paytm will also do it simultaneously. I was thinking if Paytm does the same thing to 1 Lac customers then they can get 4 Crores in their account and they will get good amount of interest over this. E-commerce is a promising thing and when we talk about Paytm, Mr. Ratan Tata had invested in them which means you can rely on them but if this kind of ill treatment they will give to the customers wont be good for their reputation and their investors reputation. Paytm is responsible for the trouble they have given to me, I want my money back in my account ASAP and request Govt to take few rigid steps to these kind of trouble e-commerce giving to the customers.
