Paytm — Du fee payment - charged 3 times for one roll no. | |||
Hi Paytm team, I just made a payment for the Delhi University admission fees at www.du.ac.in. At the time of payment of Rs. 11 247, for the first two times webpage showed "time out" & there was no payment acknowledgement on DU webpage and the "pay fees" button was still available, also no paytm acknowledgement were there . After trying from different web browser for the third time my payment was successful with acknowledgement from the Delhi University webpage with an order id 56748. I received an acknowledgement mail from Paytm as well for the successful transaction with the same order ID 56748. But after fifteen minutes of this successful payment I received two more mails for order id 56470, 56290 which were failed. Now Paytm has charged all three transactions (11247*3) from my credit card for a single Roll No. It is requested to you that kindly revert the amount deducted for the failed transactions(order ID 56470 & 56290). I have already mailed to Paytm but there is no response form more then 2 days. Was this information helpful? | |||
