Paytm — Empty package delivered | |||||
I am Rutwik Ambadkar.I ordered Sandisk Dual 3.0 64 GB pen drive on 23 dec. 2015 at 9 PM via paytm app Order ID : [protected]. When i opened the package today i was shocked to see that the package delivered empty.It was packed without actual pen drive.Is this service do you provide to your loyal customers. I have heard bad vibes about paytm service but never faced such a critical issue.I will go to consumer forum if proper action is not taken.Please help me out and refund my money.
