Paytm — Failed Payment Amount needs to be refunded | |||
I had made a online payment(of Rs. 432/-) with Paytm for Airtel Sim no.- 9535xxxx54, using net banking on 11th March 2014. When contacted Airtel customer care, they said that transaction was not successful & the amount cannot be refunded. Transaction No: IG00SGSKQ2. But When I contacted my Bank, got to know that transaction was successful-after verifiying with merchant(i.e. Airtel), so the amount got deducted from my bank account. And Airtel Support suggested me to contact the third party website(paytm) from which i have made payment. Please help me through the process. Was this information helpful? | |||
