[Resolved] Paytm — Failed recharge/CC not responding/SCAM | |||
I have recharged my airtel number using paytm on 17 SEP '14 9:58 PM . ORDER NO[protected] . During recharge, it showed that my request is queued as the Airtel network is down (in website, status is "inqueue"). But the amount got debited from my Citi credit card. After two days, I got a message saying that the recharge is successful and in paytm order history it showed that the recharge is successful. But till date, I didn't get my recharged amount in my mobile . I raised four complaints to paytm on the following days, but for all the tickets, their reply is like, "We had a technical problem at our end, which has been rectified now... " This is a generic message which they used to send for all tickets. They are not even bothered to give a proper reply. First time worst experience with any online sites.
