Paytm — Failed transaction , Money debited and not refunded even after multiple requests | |||||
I was booking a Bus Ticket using Paytm on 14/12/2016. The total amount to be paid was INR. 2180 for the Order No.:[protected], i paid: 1. INR.1000 using my Paytm wallet. 2. INR.1180 using my bank account. as soon as payment done using my Debit Card i received a message from my bank stating the INR 1180 was deducted and paid for "ONE97 COMMUNICATIONS L" and with in few minutes Paytm notified about unsuccessful transaction and rolled back INR 1000 into my Paytm wallet. When i raised a complaint regarding the issue got replay saying that they didn't received my amount and it will be rolled back by bank with in 7 working days if not done contact them. I contacted them after 7 working days as i didn't get any refund from bank . There is no proper response from Paytm Customer Care even after mailing several times . I demand refund .
