Paytm — Fraud on online shopping at Paytm

I have purchased a Sony Xperia C3 from paytm on 16.03.15.My order id is[protected].But Sony customer care inform me that my mobile has no warranty in india.I have raised complaint at paytm site to solve this issue i.e. i want a warranty same mobile, otherwise refund my money.But there is no reply from paytm.So, kindly help if possible to solve this issue.
